Reprodux, a printing company located throughout the GTA, has an exciting opportunity for an Account Executive selling our Digital Print Production.  

At Reprodux, we specialize in full service printing and document management solutions.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Manage customer accounts. Ensuring all customer needs are being met.
• Take all necessary steps to ensure clients think of Reprodux for all of their print, copy, and document solutions
• Through cold calls and leads, develop new clients and pursue new opportunities for Reprodux
• Communicate and maintain working relationships with clients, staff, and other departments
• Maintain an awareness of industry trends
• Complete required reports and expenses
• Participate in weekly sales meetings
• Investigate client complaints, notify management and make recommendations for solving the problem. Ensure proper follow up.
• Consulting with the credit department or controller on customer credit arrangements
• Responsible for ensuring all paperwork is completed correctly 
• Abides by all company policies set out in the Employee guide to Human Resources Policies
• Performs other work as assigned

The successful candidate will poses the following qualifications:

• 1-3 years of related sales experience
• Knowledge of AutoCAD, and design software (Photoshop AI, Quark)
• Well organized with good administrative skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Results Driven
• Some computer/technical abilities
• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record and a car
• Must be within a 1 hour commute to Toronto
