MacNab Street Presbyterian Church

John G. Cooke and Associates

In partnership with John G. Cooke & Associates Ltd, we scanned and analyzed the lean on the Northern façade of Johnston Hall at the MacNab Street Presbyterian Church in Hamilton. Our team utilized the latest LIDAR scanning technology to capture the façade in precise detail without the need for ladders or lifts, in a fraction of the time needed to measure manually. Our team analyzed the façade surface for variances, utilizing a normal mesh generated from the point cloud. This data was presented as an easy to read histogram to communicate capture results to all project stakeholders.
