It was an epic day of fun on October 1st, as Reprodux took part in the Sick Kids Foundation’s GetLoud event at Downsview Park. Robbie’s Reprodux Racers raised over $9,000.00 towards an astonishing 1.3 million dollars overall for the event!
Reprodux was also proud to be chosen as the print partner for the event, producing banners, signage and wayfinding graphics used throughout the venue. A special thanks to the event management staff who made scheduling the production of work a breeze!
As many of you know, our own Robbie Suwary, son of CEO of Kimberly Long, has Cerebral Palsy. Robbie doesn’t let that get in the way of accomplishing lofty goals, including a computer science degree from York University. From Robbie’s early days, he’s been to Sick Kids on countless occasions to seek the best care available.
Fast forward to today, the clinical facilities at SickKids are close to 70 years old. Today, one of the biggest battles at SickKids is against the limits of an old building. Support for this event goes towards building a new SickKids, breakthrough research, compassionate clinical care, and training child health leaders.
Thank you to all our supporters to helped raised funds with us, we can’t wait to do it again next year! To learn more about the event, visit www.sickkidsgetloud.ca.
Huge thanks to you and your team on all their excellent work and organization – today could not have gone smoother! Thank you.
